@DigiEnablement – #OneGC
More preparations for our upcoming #OneGC meeting next week. I have been working to support Jason Blackwell and Derek Alton with this task. Hopefully will have something to share next week as we look to finalize our vision.
@DigiEnablement – O365 / Teams POC’s
I’m continuing to work on connecting with people working with O365. I am searching the Public Service to find people who are using O365 to collaborate and work within their organizations. To those who have reached out, I will be in touch this week!
#WomenInSTEM Monthly (this month held at Canadian Digital Services)
Last month Shared Services Canada’s (SSC) Claire N., and Christine C. launched a #GC wide #WomenInSTEM network. The network will be hosting a monthly meeting at the end of the month. The purpose is to discuss issues WomenInSTEM are encountering in the workforce. This past week I introduced Kinga Petrovai and Lydia Jeong to the network where they joined the conversation about Imposter Syndrome. Like the previous meeting, this is the first time I have ever discussed this, and it was an amazing opportunity to learn about it. I’m very thankful for being able to attend along with two colleagues in the #GC from two different departments. If you want more information on the network, please connect with Claire N and Christine Cyr. Happy to connect you to them.

3) Privacy Embedded into Design;
4) Full Functionality:
Positive-Sum, not Zero-Sum;
5) End-to-End Security:
Full Lifecycle Protection;
6) Visibility and Transparency:
Keep it Open;
7) Respect for User Privacy:
Keep it User-Centric.
What’s going on this week?
This week I will be attending the Public Health Agency of Canada – Data, Partnerships & Innovation Hub events. Take a look at the events section of the site to find out more about each event. There may be some workshops that are still open for public servants to attend.
